El museo fuera de lugar

Partiendo de las ciudades de Viena y Berlín, se analiza la metrópolis como lugar de interacción, confusión, conflictos y dispersión: un territorio conceptual que se despliega como red ilimitada en la que emergen múltiples nodos. Se interpreta lo urbano de forma interdisciplinar, dado el ineludible recurso a cuanto la literatura, las artes visuales, la estética y el cine pueden introducir como claves decisivas de lectura de las transformaciones arquitectónicas y urbanísticas.

Para conmemorar el primer centenario del nacimiento de Gaudí, en el año 1952, Joan Bergós i Massó, su discípulo más próximo, escribió la primera biografía de Antoni Gaudí. La presente edición, el primer volumen de la trilogía sobre la obra y el pensamiento de Gaudí, reproduce el texto original de Bergós acompañado de un impresionante reportaje fotográfico realizado por Marc Llimargas, en el cual nos muestra toda la obra gaudiniana

Life and work of polemic architect and urbanist Meyer (b. Switzerland), one of the most important functionalists of the 1920's. The former director of the Bauhaus, he worked for the Post-Revolutionary Regimes in Mexico as the director of the Instituto del Urbanismo y Planification from 1942 through 1949, while also becoming the editor of the collective graphic workshop Taller de Grafica Popular (TGP) from 1947 to 1949. Many plates of his architectural designs and the structural diagrams Meyer used for the Bauhaus and in IUP in Mexico.
