Esta obra presenta un análisis completo de la temática del comercio internacional con sus implicaciones para Colombia, recoge los antecedentes y evolución del GATT, las consideraciones pertinentes de la Ronda Uruguay y contextualiza la O.M.C. en la actual globalización.
