Análisis de la situación de la arquitectura contemporánea, tanto en el plano de las ideas como en el de las realizaciones. Se pretende intervenir críticamente en la dialéctica de continuidad-ruptura que caracteriza la relación actual con las diversas tradiciones arquitectónicas, evaluando la revolución moderna que protagonizaron las vanguardias y los grandes maestros, así como, las revisiones posteriores. Igualmente se examina la ruptura con ese bagage, analizando hasta qué punto se corresponde nuestro momento histórico con el que fue propio de aquellas vanguardias.

This work analyses the celebrations (programme planning, decoration, processions¿) done because of royal births, marriages or death, as well as those celebrations done because of ecclesiastic arrangements, such as canonisation or beatification.

Architectural study on the religious buildings of collective character built by the Jewish community of Buenos Aires in the 19t and 20th centuries and where the synagogues are the best examples. Their choices of architectural styles or languages responded to the historic moment when these buildings were constructed and respond to the preferences of each group according to their origin or its constructors or architects. The study analyses their morphology, mostly monumental, outside the city limits, and loaded inside and outside with ornaments and visible symbols of Judaism.
