Se trata del sistema autoritario de los Somoza que fue la dictadura mas prolongada de America Latina del siglo XX. Se destacan aspectos como las caracteristicas politicas del regimen, la relacion con EEUU, el desarrollo de los movimientos insurreccionales, la represion ejercida por la dinastina de los Somoza y el enriquecimiento personal y corrupcion.
