Sinopsis de Manga "Tener Esperanza" Tetsuo Higa, un estudiante de secundaria, tenía un abuelo que era pintor. El abuelo dijo: "Si dibujas tus sueños y deseos en una imagen, se hará realidad". Tetsuo cumple esa palabra. Luego, con el objetivo de ser un dibujante, comenzó a dibujar sus deseos en dibujos animados y comenzó a hacerse realidad. Podrá dibujar dibujos animados uno tras otro en los grados escolares y el romance. Si lo dibujas, se hará realidad, una historia mágica que obtuvo Higa.
