(en un sentido de maldad), es aplicable a este personaje oscuro en sus inicios y a la protección continua del imperio norteamericano a quien fuera fundador de una dinastía que comenzó con sangre derramada por marines interventores y patriotas, y terminó también con sangre. Hay abundante documentación, análisis sereno y tesis de trabajo para los investigadores futuros. Creemos que cuando se estudie más la génesis de esta dictadura y de las demás, será una referencia necesaria.
